Some of my duties in the past have been:

• Managing the project calendar ensuring schedules and deadlines were on track and provided foresight todetermine if deadlines needed to be re-evaluated
• Digital Asset Management, maintaining a proper digital workflow by managing digital assets, training designers and technicians in standard operating procedures
• Changes to creative required by clients and account representatives and re-branding old creative for new clients.
• Liaison for Creative Services, Production and other internal departments for coordination of project timelines.
• Instituting and maintaining in-house and client pdf workflow.
• Quality Control on jobs sent to printers, edits and client pdfs.
• Re-branding a wide range of creative including direct mail, drive-to-web, in-statement and point of purchase direct response, including various in-store promotions and sales collateral to support those promotions.
• Working closely with Copywriters and Creative Development Marketing team on prepress requirements during concept development.
